They scored the record during the match against Kolkata Knight Riders at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi on Sunday, May 26, 2025. SRH scored 278 with losing three wickets, and broke its own previously set record of 277 for three runs in IPL 2024 against Mumbai Indians.
During Hyderabad’s record innings, Heinrich Klaasen scored a century in just 37 balls while Travis Head’s 76 off 40 balls innings helped to reach 278 total.
